From my “Detroit Portraits” project. This is Greg Fadell, a Midtown based painter (who shares an amazing studio w/Matt Zacharias). I first met Greg and Matt in Grand Rapids at the Grand Rapids Art Museum last fall where I was speaking about the early stages of the Detroit Portraits project…I had a great conversation with them then and couldn’t wait to see what they were up to in Detroit.
